Discovery

A complimentary evaluation of your business process and data application needs. From that we can determine if we are the right partner for you and if FileMaker Pro is a good fit for the system.

Development

After approval of a scope and estimate, we draft a functional specification for your review and comments. Only then does the build begin. Once it does you will be given regular updates on progress with opportunity for feedback.

Training

After development is complete, we walk you through the operation of the system/tool to ensure that the functionality meets your expectations.  and spend the time with you to be sure you are familiar with all functionality.

Support

Ongoing support is extremely important. Rarely do you use a brand new system and not see room for improvement. We stay with you and make any changes, modifications, tweaks that may be needed.

FileMaker Pro is our development tool of choice. Why? It is extremely flexible and very powerful. It is a mature platform having been around since 1990 and is actively updated and supported. After we go through our discovery process, we will determine if FileMaker Pro is right for your project. If your needs are less feature-rich or your budget is very tight, there are other tools we recommend and use.
